i enjoyed my time here with my family. the animation team provided excellent entertainment from morning until night. there were many activities suitable for all age groups. the resort provided a lot of pools and beaches with crystal waters..

finding available seating in the main buffet restaurant was challenging at times, especially during peak hours.

I really enjoyed the variety of pools available. There was one with water slides i loved! the main restaurant provided many options, so finding something tasty was never a problem, it catered to all tastes. the hotel staff were very cute and always ready to help with any questions or requests i had. It was a smooth experience.

the wi-fi signal wasn't the strongest in all areas of the resort, but it wasn't a big problem for me.

The resort features several swimming pools with dedicated areas for both adults and children. I saw water slides near the main pool. there are also multiple bars and restaurants available throughout the premises, all easily accessible.

The hotel has a private beach. I noticed it had clear water and plenty of sun loungers. there's a taxi rank just outside the hotel entrance making trips very easy. the hotel is located very close to local attractions.

the staff at reception were very attentive! i saw they quickly resolved any queries guests had. the cleaning service was consistent and kept the rooms in good condition, so i had no complaints. there were many available services.

The main buffet restaurant features different cuisines. There was always something new to try. i appreciated the à la carte restaurants which gave more specialized dining experiences. drinks were readily available from various bars. I had no problem getting refreshments.

the beaches and the sea quality are very good. the greenery around the hotel is beautiful. pines and palm trees create a great atmosphere. the guest relations team were great.

the check-in process was terrible, and the front desk person was not helpful! the person said the correct room was not allocated. the air conditioning was not working. finally, guest services provided a better alternative room, but the cleanliness was dated and not checked before allocating the accommodations.
